1) Marinated Sashimi grade salmon, we collaborated with a japanese restaurant to curate this series. Fresh salmon thats been ordered in daily. (not frozen) Marinated in a specially housemade sauce by a Chef with more than 20 years experience in japanese cuisine.

2) Seared octopus in housemade marinate. A mixture of bonito & japanese soy marinated. Consume it with rice as a meal or a side dish when you’re drinking during the weekends. Extremely chewy & it brings you back to japan.

3) Bonito Shoyuzuke Maguro is the first non spicy variation on our menu. Marrying both black pepper & garlic, you will enjoy a nice Smokey flavour to this simple sashimi dish.

4) Bringing back the famous & highly requested Ebi Bonito Shoyuzuke. A mix of 6 Aka Ebi & 10 Ama Ebi because why settle for less when you can settle for the best of both worlds. Spicy & slightly tangy, you will love this series.

Shelf life: Keep refrigerated maximum 2 days upon receiving. Keep frozen maximum 1 week upon receiving.
